Good hotel in a quiet place, near 10 minutes by subway. Delicious breakfasts, good noise isolation. Good and unobtrusive service staff. Recommend.

As always, everything is fine. The location has become much more convenient with the opening of the above-ground ring subway and the District station. The staff tries their best, quiet, green and clean.

For early check - in we did not take extra money, the room for arrival was ready - nice. Administrators at the front Desk kindly suggested how to get where we want) the Room was cleaned every day (lived only 5 days)
The gym was very well equipped and the breakfast buffet was very good. The stuff was very nice and helpfull. You can easy reach the commuters train and the subway from the hotel. Roomservice was excellent and the Maxima Hamburger menue can be highly recommended. I like if beds are not to soft but our bed was very hard and I could even feel some bedsprings...
The hotel is located within walking distance from metro station Petrovsko-Razumovskaya in a quiet residential area, although near a railway. The rooms were quite simple, but quite comfortable, clean and comfortable. Helpful and pleasant staff.Delicious was the Breakfast buffet, which is fun for the whole family! Would be a good option for budget accommodation if your goal is a vacation in Moscow. When travelling on foot from the metro on the way to the hotel you need to cross a railway crossing which is regulated by traffic lights and had to wait a permission signal.
I'm a returning customer of Maxima Hotels since 2010. I assure you that these hotels are perfect in terms of quality for a long stay. I usually stay at Maxima Irbis hotel. It's located in quiet place, two metro station in 10 minutes walking distance. It's 45 minutes to city center from your room's door. Taxi to the airport will cost you 600 Rub. Now about the hotel: Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, breakfast is good and various, luggage room, sauna and gym. Also they have bonuses, guest of honor programm, a lot of rates that will allow you maximize your discount. From my personal experiense - 21 days of stay in standard room with Half Board - around 3000 Rub per night. Big shopping centre and huge park are in a walking disctance. I tried to stay in many other hotels, but every time I was coming back to Maxima Irbis.
Good location - 5 minutes by foot to the metro, and 7 minutes to the Botanical Garden Park. We were roller-skating whole evening there. Breakfast is excellent - a lot of choice and very tasty. Hotel's service quality is worth the money spent. Clean, cozy and comfortable!
