"VIP Guest" program card types:

  1. The Classic card is issued upon your first check-in at any of the Maxima Hotels. The card gives a 5% discount on accommodation, restaurants and Lobby Bars and Recreation Centers. Everything you need is to fill in a short form at the Reception counter and get a card from the administrator. 
  2. The Premium card is issued upon your 10th check-in at any of the Maxima Hotels or after 15 nights of total stay. With this card you get a 15% discount on accommodation, 10 % discount on restaurant services, and 15% discount on the services of Recreation Centres.
  3. The Exclusive card is issued upon your 20th check-in at any of the Maxima Hotels or after 30 nights of total stay. This card gives you a 20% discount on accommodation, 10 % discount on restaurants, and 20% discount on the services of Recreation Centres.

Loyalty program for corporate clients

The Corporate Card is issued for a company and provides a 10% discount (Premium) or 20% (Exclusive) on accommodation. The peculiarity of the card is that it is not personalized, therefore it can be transferred to any employee of your company. To issue a card, please contact the manager of the corporate direction of the Marketing and Sales Service.

Additional bonuses are available if there are free rooms. A discount on accommodation is provided when reserving a room on the official website of Maxima Hotels, by phone at the reservation centre and at the Reception counter. The offer is valid only in case of staying at the official rates of Maxima Hotels, when paying by the cardholder. The special offer must be referred to when reserving a room. The card must be presented upon check-in. Discounts for this special offer are not cumulative with discounts for other special offers and/or programs. The VIP Guest card is personalized and cannot be transferred to third parties (except for corporate cards).
